Grady Trimble is an Emmy-winning correspondent, reporting for FOX Business and FOX News since 2019. He is based in Washington, DC, but his assignments have taken him all over the United States and beyond.
He's currently covering the 2024 election, which so far has included reports from several of the Republican primary debates, the Iowa Caucuses, and primaries in Michigan and on Super Tuesday. Grady also regularly covers transportation news, such as the investigations into Boeing, the Baltimore bridge collapse, and the United Auto Workers strikes in 2019 and 2023.
Prior to his move to DC in 2023, Grady worked out of the FOX Business Midwest bureau. While in Chicago, he covered the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic and reported on protests following George Floyd’s murder and severe weather events, including hurricanes, blizzards and tornadoes. Notable interviews include former Vice President Mike Pence, Ford CEO Jim Farley, and GM CEO Mary Barra.
Before joining FOX Business, Grady was a multimedia journalist at WTSP, the CBS affiliate in Tampa Bay, where he grew up.
Grady started his career in journalism at WLBZ in Bangor, Maine. Before long, he was reporting in Maine's biggest city, Portland, at WCSH.
Grady received his bachelor's degree in Communication from and played Division I soccer at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
